If you would like us to look into an issue for you please purchase an hour of technical support at our shop and then we will examine your issue within 48 hours (business days, Australian Standard Time) and attempt to fix the issue within the hour of support you purchased. However if it's a more complicated issue we will advise you of the estimated cost to solve the problem.
Please make sure to thoroughly describe the problem. We will need as much detail as possible in order to address your problem in a timely manner. It will help us to help you if you have been as detailed as possible. Where possible, please provide the information in a step-by-step way so that we can replicate it (you can also upload screen shots if you think that will help). Please don't combine several different issues in one support ticket one problem per ticket please.
